Classes are for all skill levels and rotate between: nutrition, stretch and tone, resistance training, movement through dance, and beautiful coastal walks.
See below for upcoming classes. Coastal walks meet at Leffingwell Landing, on the far N end of Moonstone Beach Dr. All other classes meet at First BaptistChurch, 2120 Green Street.

Walking is highly regarded by many experts as the BEST form of exercise! You can’t beat it for simplicity, it’s excellent for cardiac health, it’s easy on your joints, and it boosts mood and alleviates depression, as well! And when you walk with friends? Well, that’s just a no-brainer! Come walk with us!
Focused on stretching and strengthening core muscles, this class will help protect your back, potentially relieve current back problems, and also tone your body. By articulating muscle groups with slow mindful awareness, each student is able to adapt the class to their level and ability, while getting a good workout.
Not just for bodybuilders, resistance training helps to keep our muscles fit and strong. Proper movement helps prevent injury, and maintaining a strong body supports proper movement. This class involves gentle resistance training and is appropriate for all fitness levels.
FBC Nutrition classes offer education and up to date information connecting our food with our health. Tips, fun facts, demonstrations, and recipes are offered in each workshop.
